These terms govern your use of the HIGHRANK pre-launch waitlist page. The full leaderboard product will ship with its own complete terms at launch.

1. The service

This page is a pre-launch waitlist for HIGHRANK, a leaderboard platform where listings compete for top placement by category and region. Joining the waitlist reserves your interest — it is not a purchase and creates no account on the final product.

2. Joining the waitlist

Provide a valid email address you control.
One entry per email address; duplicates are ignored.
Your email address, website, category, region, and a short description of what you want to rank are required. Company name is optional but must be accurate if provided.
Automated signups, bots, and bulk fake entries are prohibited and will be removed.

3. The 7-day placement lock

Waitlist members who claim launch-day placement receive a 7-day lock: your spot cannot be outranked for 7 days from when it is claimed. The exact mechanics of claiming, renewing, and expiry will be defined in the launched product's terms and may be adjusted before launch.

4. Free period and future pricing

Placement is free for the first 7 days — no payment is required to join the waitlist or to start. After the free window, continued visibility requires a modest investment. Final pricing will be published before any payment is ever requested. You will never be charged without explicit consent.

5. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape, or overload the service.
Do not submit other people's email addresses.
Do not misrepresent your company, website, or region.

We may remove entries that violate these rules without notice.

6. No guarantees

Launch dates, category lineups, regional boards, and the countdown shown on this page are targets, not commitments. Features described here — including placement locks and regional leaderboards — may change before launch.

7. Intellectual property

HIGHRANK's name, design, and content on this page belong to us. You may not reuse them without permission.

8. Limitation of liability

This page is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this page or reliance on pre-launch information.
